From time immemorial, the Indian food has had a tradition of an exotic blend of regional and traditional cuisines native to the Indian subcontinent. Spices, chillies, herbs, vegetables and fruits are extensively used in the preparation of the cuisines which have both Indian and Mughal influence.



My team and achievements

Much before I started Curry Palace, I made sure to develop my culinary skills. It helped me immensely in putting into place a good team. The head chef Parbej Mian has been with us for the last 19 years and has been instrumental in creating menus of unique flavours and tastes. A curry dish PURPLE TIGER CURRY prepared by him earned our restaurant the best South Asian restaurant award. This has propelled Curry Palace to be one of the most sought-after Indian Restaurant of Cambridge. We have also been the proud recipient of the Certificate of Excellence.

This sumptuous dish is an assortment of Tandoori chicken, Chicken tikka, Lamb tikka, and Seekh kabab which are cooked with a mixture of onions, green peppers, garlic, and Shahi Jeera in a thick sauce splattered with special rice.

Shahi chicken

Chicken luxuriously cooked with the gravy churned out of Fresh cream, Coconut, Onions and Almond powder will leave you licking your fingers.

A mouth-watering delicacy of chicken and minced lamb made with our head chefs secret recipe, is a gourmets delight for all.

An amazing mouth-watering rich curry dish made with king prawns and aubergine seasoned with coriander in tangy sauce.
